Tickets are non-refundable. All purchases are final
Kids 12 and under are free, 13 and older require a full price ticket. Kids may attend all shows as long as they are accompanied by a parent. Unaccompanied children will be given coffee and taught to swear
Parking is limited - Parking along Pine Creek Road and East River Road is legal, just make sure you are behind the white line. Have common sense
What to bring: There's space for chairs and blankets. No coolers and absolutely no outside food or drink other than bottled, capped water. Feel free to bring umbrellas in case of rain, however tents or canopies can only be used in the tent sites
Pets are welcome at all concerts, but must be kept on a leash. Yes, even your sweet perfectly trained dog must be on a leash
Smoking is permitted outdoors. Be courteous and put your butts in the cans

During the summer our front desk is manned 11am to 8pm. If you plan to arrive later than 8pm, please let us know your ETA in advance so we can arrange for your check-in

Our cabins are gathered around our on-site music venue. We have concerts many nights outside during the summer - most shows begin at 7:00 and run until 10:30-11:00. Be prepared to rock!
Cabin guests receive two free tickets per cabin to any/every concert that occurs during your stay. Outside food and drink is limited to overnight guests only. See the lineup.
Our unique cabins offer a lot of amenities, however they do not have plumbing. The bathhouse is 20 to 50 feet from your door, depending on which cabin you are in - the bath house contains four newly-renovated private suites, each containing brand new fixtures, a commode and shower. Enjoy the absolutely free fresh air while you’re here
We provide linens, towels, soap and shampoo as well as in-room coffee
Pets are welcome for a $25 cleaning fee per cabin (not per night). If you fail to register your pet at check in, you will be charged $100. We do ask that you generally keep dogs leashed, especially during shows, for their own safety. Please don’t leave behind any landmines
Cabin rentals can only be made with cash or credit cards, we do not accept checks
Our campsites can fit up to two average-sized tents, but are not suitable for drive-up or pull-through vehicles. if you want to sleep in your car, that’s fine. It’s about 50 feet from the tent site. There’s no way to get your car close
